RAAF A JIYA DA YAU [B]

Abu na biyu da ya jawo ambaton Mu’assasar Rasulul A’azam (RAAF) daga wadansu bakuna shi ne lamarin sallmar Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky da babbar Kotun Tarayya ta yi, bayan ta kasa samunsa da laifi a kan zarge zargen da masu kara suka gabatar a gabanta, wanda hakan ya kawo karshen tsare shi da aka yi na kusan shekaru shida a sakamakon tirka-tirkar Shari’a da aka yita faman kwamawa tsakanin lauyoyinsa da na masu kara. Da alamu wannan lamari bai yiwa wasu Wahhabiyawa dadi ba, haka ma wasu masu fashin-baki a kan lamurran siyasa da zamanatakewa a kasar nan. Misali daga masu irin wadannan akwai wani da ake kira da Sheikh Yahya as-Salafy (a rubutunsa da aka yada ta kafafan sadarwa). Haka akwai misalin reni ga tsarin Shari’ar kasar nan, kamar yadda Prof. Umar Labdo; sai wani mai suna Mohammad Qaddam Sadiq (a shafinsa na ranakun juma’a a jaridar Turanci ta Daily Trust), dukkansu sun tona abubuwan da suke boye ne a cikin zukatansu – da alamu ma har – da na masu amfani da su a ciki da wajen kasar nan. A cikin abubuwan da irin wadannan suke rubutawa – da furtawa – akwai nuna cibiyar mu ta Rasulul-A’azam (RAAF) a matsayin wadda gwamnati ta yarda da ita, saboda –kamar yadda suke bayyanawa- ba ta bin hanyoyin tashin-hankali a matakan ta; da cewa gwamnatin ta Nijeriya ta shaidawa kasar Iran haka, kuma har ta nemi da ta yi mu’amala da RAAF maimakon kungiyar Sheikh El-Zakzaky.
Misali, a rubutunsa na ranar 29 ga Yuli (na wannan shekarar), a daidai karfe 06:08, Prof. Umar Labdo (Bawahhabiyen malamin Jami’a kuma mai yawan rubuta surkulloli a kan Shi’a) mai taken: Sakin Ibrahim Zakzaji[sic]: Lallai Shari’a (irin ta Nasara) Jaka ce, a shafinsa na Facebook, ya fadi cewa: “Babu shakka shari’ar da za ta sallami kasurgumin mai laifi kamar Ibrahim Zakzaki, ta ce ta fi[sic] ba shi da laifi, ba jaka ba ce kawai mara kan-gado, a’a ita jaba ce mai wari, kuma mujiya ce wacce ba ta gani[sic] rana kuma ga bakin jinni[sic] a gaban ’ya’uwata stuntsaye (zana layi nawa ne da nufin jan hankali); duba shi a https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=539499087249632&id=100035686353102&__tn__=%2As%2AsH-R. Tare da amanna da tanajin dokar kasar nan na ’yancin fadin ra’ayi, wannan bai dace da matsayin Farfesa a bisa tsarin Nijeriya ba; saboda [a] Ya rena hukuncin Kotu ta hanyar hukunta wanda ta bayyana matsayinta a kan shi; a lokacin da ya kira Sheikh Zakzaky da “kasurgumin mai laifi”; da siffanta tsarin Shari’ar kasar nan da “ba jaka ba ce kawai mara kan-gado, a’a ita jaba ce mai wari, kuma mujiya ce wacce ba ta gani rana kuma ga bakin jinni[sic] a gaban ’ya’uwata stuntsaye”; [b] wannan matsayi na shi yana karo da ka’idojin da a karkashisu ya zama abin da ya zama a Nijeriya, wanda a kan shi ne har gwamnatin Jahar Kaduna ta sanya shi member a kwamitin Shari’a mai binciken ra’ayoyin jama’a a kan rikicin Zariya na shekara ta 2015; [c] ga shi kuma yana tunzura masu saurarensa shi a kan kyamar tsarin Shari’ar kasar nan.
Duk wadannan kuwa, a ganina, wasu lamurra ne da suke da matsalolinsu ga tsarin dokoki da tsaron kasa.
Hakazalika, wani mai suna Datti Assalafiy (wanda a zahiri yana cikin matasan masu wa’azozin kafirce-kafirce a kasar nan), ya bayyana irin tashin hankalin da irinsa “masu kiyayya da Shi’ah” suka fada a sakamakon sakin da Kotu ta yiwa Sheikh El-Zakzaky, yayin da ya rubuta, a shafinsa na Facebook, a ranar 29 ga Yulin shekarar nan, a daidai karfe 7.06 na safe, abin da ke nuni da haka. Har ma ya ambaci Mu’assasar mu ta Rasulul A’azam (RAAF) da cewa: “…idan kun ga bangaren RA’AF suna sukar IMN Takiyya ce, manufarsu daya ce” (duba shi a https://ar-ar.facebook.com/Dattijoo/posts/807893569880090).
To ba tare da la’akari da matsayin Taqiyya a AlKur’ani da Sunna da bayanan malaman Musulunci ba, kuma ba tare da la’akari da ganin yadda a yau Wahhabiyawa suka fi kowa aikata Taqiyya a duniya da kasar nan ba, ya isa mu fadi cewa: [a] sanannen abu ne ga masu lura da lamurra cewa Taqiyya tana daga abubuwan da masu yada “kiyayya da Shi’a”, masamman Wahhabiyawa, suke rabewa da ita a kokarinsu na kyamatar da Musulmi junansu da yada rarraba a tsakanin al’ummar Annabi (SAWA). Rikonsu ga lamarin Taqiyya a wannan kokari na su, bai kasa riko da zancen Salatul-Fatihi ko Jauharatul-Kamali ba, wadanda suka yi riko da su tun sama da shekaru arba’in wajen yada kiyayya da darikar Tijjaniyya a kasar nan. Rashin fahimta ko kin gaskiya kuwa bayyane yake a kan haka ga duk mai idon basira ko kishin gaskiya da son dinkewar al’ummar Musulmi waje guda; [b] zargin matakan RAAF a kan kungiyar Harka Islamiyya kuwa wani yunukuri ne dake layin matakan irin su Assalafy na kokarin “gwara-kai” a tsakanin ’yan Shi’a; a kan irin haka kuwa sun daba-a-kasa, saboda lamarin sabanin ’yan Shi’a ya fi karfin Bawahhabiye, komai wayonsa, a kan ya iya yin amfani da shi don bukatunsa na kawo rudani a cikin al’ummar Annab (SAWA).
Wala’alla abin da Qaddam ya rubuta da harshen turanci kuma ya fito a jaridar Daily Trust ta ranar 30 ga Yuli, 2021 (https://dailytrust.com/the-deal-behind-zakzakys-acquittal) ya fi bayyana abin da Assalafiy yake nufi da “Taqiyyar” RAAF, inda ya fito bro-baro ya rubuta [fassara daga Turanci zuwa Hausa nawa ne] cewa: “Daga wani rahoton kamfanin dillancin labaran Nijeriya (NAN) a shekara ta 2019, ta tabbbata cewa hukumomin Nijeriya sun tuntubi Iran wajen kokarin samar da fahimtar juna da ita a kan wannan rikici, saboda kamar yadda rahoton, bisa gaskiya, ya nuna, ana daukar Kungiyar Zakzaky ta IMN ‘a natsayin mai amfana kuma mai sabbaba shigowa da akidun Shi’ancin Iran zuwa Nigeriya da yankin Afrika ta Yamma’. Rahoto ya ci gaba da cewa anyi wasu ‘boyayyun yarjeniyoyi, tsanakakkiyar tuntubar-juna da tattaunawa ta natsuwa’ tsakanin jami’an gwamnatocin biyu. Bayyanannen abu ne, daga wannan rahoton, cewa gwamantin Nijeriya ta bukaci Iran da ta yi watsi da rikice-rikicen Shi’ar kungiyar Zakzaky ta IMN a Nijeriya, maimakon haka ta rungumi RAAF, wadda (ita gwamnati ta Nijeriya) ta dogara imaninta a kan cewa Zakzaky bai cancanci rawaninsa ba, saboda a hakika shi ba malamin Shi’a ba ne, kuma bai koyi akidar Shi’a ta hanyoyin da suka kamata ba; alhali shugaban RAAF, Nur Dass, shi ne wanda aka yi imani da cewa ya mallaki rawaninsa ta hanyar karatu kuma babban malamin Shi’a ne ya daura masa rawani. Wani abin lura shi ne cewa kungiyar RAAF, da ma sauran bangarorin Shi’a a Nijeriya, duk sun dace a kan biyayya ga Iran, kuma suna samun goyon bayan ta, duk da cewa ba kamar kungiyar Zakzaky ba. Rashin bin hayoyin rikice-rikice da RAAF ke nunawa Iran ce ta zartar da shi saboda sabubba na dabaru, a matsayin wayon tabbatar da ci-gaba da samun goyon bayan ’yan Shi’a dake matsayin ’yan korenta a duk inda take da samuwa. Iran ta ci gaba da yin iyaka kokarinta wajen samar da ’yan-kore a kasashen wasu, inda kuma – su ’yan-koren na Iran – suke gasa a tsakaninsu don tabbatar da goyon bayan su gare ta”.
Irin wadannan zantuka game da matakan RAAF mun rika jin su daga wasu bakunkunan makiya Shi’anci a Nijeriya, musmman daga lokacin da Kotu ta bayyana kudurinta na karshe a kan Shari’ar El-Zakzaky; wadanda ra’ayoyi ne dake tattare da bakin-ciki da jin dacin sakinsa da aka yi, tare da kokarin nunawa gwamnati cewa ba kawai lamarin El-Zakzaky da IMN ba, a’a Shi’anci gaba dayansa ma hadari ne kuma mabiya Shi’a a Nijeriya ’yan kazagin Iran ne.
A nan mu ke bayyanawa Qaddam, da Wahhabiya masu fahimta irin tasa, cewa: [a] Sakin Sheikh El-Zakzaky harkar Shari’a ce a kasar nan, don haka kamata ya yi irin wannan tattaunawa ya saura a wannan iyaka; [b] kamar yadda muka fada a baya, irin wannan mataki misali ne na kokarin yin amfani da sabanin cikin-gida na Shi’a don ci-gaba da yada kyama a tsakanin Musulmi, wanda hakan ya fi karfin iyawar Bawahhabiye komai dabararsa; [c] babu wata kungiyar addini a kasar nan face tana dacewa da wata kasa dake bata kariyar akida, daga Kirista, da duk bambance bambacensu, har zuwa Musulmi, tare da duk sabaninsu – kuma ba dole haka ya zama bisa la’akarin siyasar wannan kasa ba. A tsakanin Musulmi babu wadanda ke cin gajiyar irin wannan alaka kamar Wahhabiyawa, wadanda ke samun tallafin tarin kayan aiki a gefen kariya ta dukkan fuskoki a kasar nan da duniya baki daya daga wasu kasashen larabawa masamman Saudiyya (bayanin janye tallafawa Wahhabiyawan duniya da gwamnatin Saudiya mai ci ta yi sanannen labari ne ga duk mai bibiya). Don haka idan har ’yan Shi’a suna cin gajiyar goyon bayan Iran a bisa wannan tsari, me ke laifin haka? [d] idan akwai tsoron barazanar tsaro a kasa gaba daya dangane da irin wadannan alakoki, babu wanda tashi ta bayyana karara irin ta Wahhabiyawa a duniya gaba daya! Misali kungiyar Boko Haram a Nijeriya, al-Shabab a Sumaliya, Taliban a Afganistan, al-Nusra a Siriya, ISIL da al-Qa’ida a duniyar Musulmi, duk ’yan wace kungiya ce? sannan daga wadanne bangarori suke samun tallafi a ta’assosin su? wace karantarwa ce ta koyar da su abubuwan da suke yi a duniya? Shi’a ce? [e] ’yan Shi’a na gaskiya ba ’yan-koren wata kasa a duniya ba ce, a ciki kuwa har da Iran! Kuma RAAF ba ta karantar da irin haka; hasali ma babu dalilin da yake lizimtawa masu addini zama ’yan-koren kasashe ko masu yaki da al’ummunsu da kawo tsaiko da barazanoni ga jama’ar kasashensu da bijirewa dokoki. Wannan shi ne ainihin karantarwar RAAF, kuma ba boyayye bane ga kowa; [e] manyan cibiyoyin Shi’a na ilimi da kare akida suna Qom (a Iran) da Najaf (a Iraqi) tun sama da shekaru dubu da suka wuce; wannan ba shi da alaka da siyasar wadannan kasashe balle ya bukaci wani ya zama dan-kore! Mai runutun nan yana cikin wadanda suka taba zaman neman ilimi (har da aikin Radiyon Hausa) a Iran, amma babu wata rana da wani jami’in gwamnati ko malami ya taba nema daga gare shi da ya tafi ya kawo yamutsi a kasarsa; bai kuma taba ji daga wani dan Nijeriya da ya zauna a Iran da cewa an neme shi da haka ba; [f] babu shakka rikincin shekara ta 2015 tsakanin ’ya’uwa Musulmi, mabiya Sheikh El-Zakzaky, da Sojojin Nijeriya ya taba Sh’anci gaba dayansa, haka nan ya nemi taba tsohuwar alakar diflomasiyya tsakanin Nijeriya da Iran, wanda hakan na iya kawo tsaiko ga alakar akida da neman ilimi da ziyarar wurare asu tsarki ga ’yan Shi’ar Nijeriya, kuma kasashen biyu sun yi ta nuna fatan kaucewa faruwar haka. Wannan yana daga dalilan da suka sa kungiyar RAAF ta yi ta sa’ayin ganin magance wannan rikici da kawo karshensa bisa karancin dameji ga akidar Shi’a a Nijeriya; hakan ne ya haifar da kokari tuntubar gwamnatin Shugaba Buhari da gwamatin Iran don tattaunawa da fahimtar juna. Amma hakan ya yi nasara? Wanann wani lamari ne da kungiyar RAAF ba ta da labari a kai; bil hasali daga bangarorin biyu babu wanda ya taba tuntubar RAAF a kan abin da Qaddam ke magana ; a bakinsa muka fara sanini batun boyayyun yarjeniyoyi, tsanakakkiyar tuntubar-juna da tattaunawa ta natsuwa” tsakanin jami’an gwamnatocin biyu. Idan har, kamar yadda Qaddam ke son nunawa a rubutunsa cewa “cewa gwamantin Nijeriya ta bukaci Iran da ta yi watsi da rikice-rikicen Shi’ar kungiyar Zakzaky ta IMN a Nijeriya, maimakon haka ta rungumi RAAF”, to mu a RAAF ba mu da wannan labari. Kara da cewa, ba shugaban gidauniyar RAAF ke ayyana wanda za a sanyawa rawani ko tabbatar da malantarsa ba (bil hasali ma wannan ba ya bisa tsarin gwamnatoci ko siyasunsu, tsintsar harkar addini ce), don haka ko da ace gwamnati “ta bukaci Iran da ta yi watsi da rikice-rikicen Shi’ar kungiyar Zakzaky ta IMN a Nijeriya, maimakon haka ta rungumi RAAF” RAAF ba ta da labarin haka. Ina iya tabbatar da haka a matsayina na babban Sakataren RAAF na kasa baki daya; [g] akwai ’yan Shi’a da yawa a kasar nan tun kafin shi’antar Sheikh El-Zakzaky kansa da mutanensa; amma gaskiya ne cewa shi’antarsa da mabiyansa sun karawa shi’anci armashi ba kawai a Nijeriya ba har ma a sassa da yawa na Afrika ta Yamma; ni kuwa ban ga fuskar da wannan ke da matsala ba; domin duk mabiya addinai da mazaabobi suna fatan samun irin haka ne a fagen Nijeriya (kai, Wahhabiya ma sun fi kowa hankoron haka). Idan har wannan ya fi karfinsu, sai su nemi fuskar gazawarsu su a kan haka maimakon yada zarge-zarge marasa tushe a kasa gaba daya; da dai sai su ci-gaba da kokarinsu ko zakara zai ba su sa’a; [h] kishin Musulunci da ra’ayin mazan-jiya shi ne farkon abin da ya ingiza mutane zuwa ga Iran, a matsayinta na wadda ta yi nasarar juyin-juya halin da galibin ’yan gwagwamarya a duniya, wadanda galibinsu ba ’yan Shi’a ba ne, suke hankoron aikatawa! Wadanda suka fi kowa amfana da Iran a wancan lokaci ba ’yan Shi’a ba ne, kuma har yau din nan wasu daga cikinsu sun rike alakar siyasa da Iran a kan asasin haka. Tarihi yana nan a dauwane!
A karshe, ina cewa zamantakewar Nijeriya ya fi karfin irin kuntatattun tunane tunane irin na su Labdo, Assalafy da Qaddam, wadanda suke ganin haramtawa wani fahimtarsa ta addini ko mazahaba in banda wadda suka yarda da ita, itace kadai hanyar magance mtsaloli! wadanda suke ganin addininsu ya halatta musu yada karairaiyi da kazance-kazance ga Shi’a! Kasar nan ta kunshi mabiya addinai da mazhbabobi daban daban, don haka irin wannan fahimta ba ta da kasuwa a irin tsarinta na zamantakewar addini a Nijeriya! Asalin irin wadannan tsofaffin tunane tunane ne na wasu ’yan siyasa da hukumomin tsaron wasu kasashen labarawa, wadanda ba za su sami karbuwa a tsarin siyasar da gudanarwar Nijeriya ba. Don haka idan irin wadancan Wahhabiya a Nijeriya suka gaggauta fahimtar haka za su saukakawa kansu ci-gaba da zaman lumana da kowa a kasar nan; amma idan suka ki, to sai dai kuwa su koma dajin SAMBISA da zama, don su ci-gaba da fuskantar fushin hukuma da al’umma, ko kuma su hakura su ci-gaba da rayuwar Taqiyya da kowane suna suke kiran haka.
